On-site call: $50/hour This applies to all our services, including: - A complete Tune Up - Removing a Virus and/or Spyware - Installing new hardware - Setting up a Wireless or Wired Network - Set up a regular back-up - and more Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal and Internal Cleaning: $50 If your problem is solved within 10 minutes then your next on-site call is free. Some problems can take hours to fix, but the computer does not need constant supervision during this time.  If this is the case then it is more cost effective for you to take the computer and work on it off site.  We only charge for the actual time we spend on your computer. We also offer Web Hosting and Design, and new computer systems starting at $340.

Prevent Problems Before They Occur!

One-Time General Maintenance Package: $50 per computer - physically clean the inside of your computer (dust & pet hair can build up inside you system which creates overheating and decreased performance) - update your operating system & security programs - make sure your security programs (anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall) are configured properly. If none are installed basic security programs will be installed - evaluate hard drive, CPU, and memory performance - Includes pick up and delivery Yearly Package $199 - SAVE $100 We will pick up your computer every two months and make sure it's running in top condition!

Special Business Package Regular Maintenance & Security Package: $45 per computer per month or $450 per year. - weekly remote system & software updates, check for viruses & spyware, - Constant monitoring of hard-disk, CPU & memory performance, alerts of forbidden files being loaded (ie. company may disallow music file sharing programs from being used at work) or when a potentially dangerous program is launched. - Most of these tasks can be performed without the user knowing their system is being monitored. - The first month and then every other month we will come on site and do an internal cleaning of your system. - to ensure security between us and your computer there is a 12-layer authentication/security process using the highest encryption -Bonus: free remote access to your computer from any computer in the world  (a $13/month value!).  Imagine being able to sit at any computer with an internet connection and control your computer just like you are sitting in front of it.  Even be able to transfer files and use a local printer!
